Herbalism addon for WoW Forever
Herbalism levels by picking herbs that are still orange or yellow for your skill. Peacebloom and Silverleaf are gray by skill 101, so the climb is a series of moves to new herbs and new zones.
The ForeverArtisan Herbalism module logs every herb you pick, including bonus Swiftthistle, then lists the herbs that still give you skill-ups and the zones where you found them.
What the Herbalism module does
/fa herbHerbalism logs every herb you pick, including bonus herbs like Swiftthistle, and turns that log into advice.
- Pick next lists the herbs still orange, yellow, or green for your skill, with the zones where you picked them
- Herb guide covers all 28 Classic herbs with the skill each needs
- Tooltips on herbs and on herb nodes in the world show your color for them
- Find Herbs reminder after logging in or coming back from a death
- Cultivation for Tauren: a herb's tooltip says "Cultivation ready" while the spell is off cooldown, chat reminds you once when you start picking, and again when the hour is up. If a cast fails because your level is too low, it remembers that herb ("needs level 25 for this herb").
/fa herb cultivation offturns the reminders off - Session stats: nodes, herbs, skill-ups, and herbs per hour

Herbalism leveling: every herb by skill
Mageroyal and Briarthorn sometimes drop Swiftthistle as a bonus herb; the Herbalism module logs it with the node it came from.
Tauren Cultivation: cast it on a herb before you pick to grow a duplicate, once an hour. Each herb has a level requirement; ForeverArtisan doesn't guess it, but remembers it the first time a cast fails and shows it on that herb's tooltip.

Herbalism questions
Which herbs give skill-ups at my Herbalism skill?
A herb is orange from the skill it needs to 24 above it, yellow to 49 above, green to 99 above, and gray after that. The table on this page lists all of them, and the module's Pick next tab does the math for your current skill.
How do Cultivation reminders work for Tauren?
While Cultivation is off cooldown, a herb's tooltip says "Cultivation ready" and chat reminds you once when you start picking, then again when the hour is up. If a cast fails because your level is too low, ForeverArtisan remembers that herb and shows the level it needs. /fa herb cultivation off turns the reminders off.
Does it show where every recipe or drop is?
No. ForeverArtisan lists every recipe, but where to get each one comes from your own play: the trainers you meet, what you gather, the recipes you find. It remembers where you've been, not where you're going. Want to look ahead? Crowdsourced sites have that covered.
One addon, every profession
ForeverArtisan is one free download with a module for each of the twelve WoW Forever professions, plus Trade Contacts and Camping. Switch any of them off in the /fa panel.
Enjoy the journey!
